North Harrow or LA?



A beautifully crisp, clear and cool day ended with a cloudless sunset and as usual the best pictures are seen from the driver's seat. Thankfully as we stopped at the lights, I was able to change the Canon G9 from black and white mode to colour and grab this frame just as the lights changed! Looking east the virually clear sky balances with the car and street lighting to produce an LA look!

This new residential and commercial development on the corner of Station Road and Pinner Road is steadily being occupied by residents but the wider community is waiting anxiously to see which supermarket takes the keys of the ground floor. North Harrow needs its supermarket back and the remaining shops have been struggling since Safeway vacated this property. Strange how we have waited almost four years to get back to where we were . . .
