The secret is out . . .

Before Hannah was born, Ed and I traveled the world for about three months a year for ten years, shooting many and varied subjects for Sedgwick's Annual Report. That's a lot of Airmiles and a massive number of hotel rooms and of course with Mini Bars in most. Quite a number of the Mini Bars contained a mini Toblerone, that sat in full view, bright yellow and an unbelievable temptation at the end of the night, following a good dinner and a few glasses of wine.

Never one to back down from a challenge, I worked out that I could use an ultra sharp Scalpel blade (No. 10a) to slit open one end, slip out the bar and enjoy. Then with a tiny piece of double sided tape I would resecure the open end and replace in the Mini Bar. The Mini Bars were inspected each morning and usually a quick visual check rather than a hands on sorting and therefore as the pristine Toblerone wrapper was still in place the deed was never discovered!

Not in ten years - that's a fair number of Toblerones!!!
