Another stunning day in the Northwest and after another bike ride and big breakfast, we decide to get out and enjoy it! Not too extreme you must understand - especially as Sinead had just cleaned her Timberland boots and as there was the distinct possibility that mud would be involved, we drove to Rickmansworth and joined the River Chess footpath. After a brief walk up a non-muddy section of the footpath we found ourselves back in the Scotsbridge Mill Pub for a cool beer all outside and in wonderful sunshine. Not at all bad for mid February - probably rain all next week!

.....but then you were always great at this kinda thing, and dedicated too. I remember my first visit, aged 14(?), and being hugely jealous at your dedication and meticulous attention to detail, (which I see you haven't lost), and somehow knew you'd succeed; and now a blog to boot!! Keep up the great work and already looking forward to the next installment.
